Rhian graduated with a Master’s in Osteopathy from Swansea University. Rhian is a Welsh-speaking Osteopath with a passion for helping people move and feel their best. Having played rugby for many years, she developed a deep appreciation for the body’s resilience and the importance of injury prevention and recovery. This sparked her interest in osteopathy and continues to inspire her patient-centred approach.

 

Outside of osteopathy, Rhian enjoys playing and watching rugby, skiing, swimming and looking after a growing collection of indoor plants. She also helps on the family farm, especially during lambing and silage season, and loves spending time outdoors gardening or reading.
